To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services, even if GMS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GMS's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to GMS in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GMS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
